Admissions

Admissions are now administered centrally by the Warwickshire Admissions Service.  Full details on schools’ admission procedures can be found on the Admissions’ website: www.warwickshire.gov.uk/admissions and follow the link for Applying for a school place. All applications are now done online.

For further details, contact the Admissions Service on: 01926 742037.

The admission criteria for our school are:

1. Children in the care of, or provided with accommodation by, a local authority (under Section 22 of the Children Act 1989).
2. Children living in the priority area who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
3. Children living in the priority area who have a brother or sister at the partner infant school at the time of admission.
4. Other children living in the priority area.
5. Children from outside the priority area who have a brother or sister at the school at the time of admission.
6. Children from outside the priority area who attended the partner infant school immediately prior to transfer.
7. Other children from outside the priority area.

Within each category, decisions are based on the distance between home and school by the shortest walking route, with priority going to those living nearest the school.

The standard admission number for the school is 127
