Hi, I'm Mrs Kear. I have previously taught in Years 4 and 5 and am now really looking forward to teaching in Yr 6 this year. I enjoy being creative- having spent my college and university years studying both Art and Design, and a degree in Visual Communication (Graphic Design).

At Michael Drayton, I am a proud leader of SMSC, including PSHE and the leader of our Rights Respecting School Squad, which I absolutely love. I thrive from helping the pupils fulfill initiatives and also being a advocate for their rights.  My hopes for the pupils this year is to help build upon independence, courageous advocacy and a growth mindset in order to support them in having the confidence and skills to achieve great things!
