Think of a feeling you've had recently. What was it?

When was the last time you had that feeling?

Why did you have that feeling?

If it was small feeling that was bothering you, what did you do to help?

Small Feelings Big Feelings
Sometimes feel string and overwhelming, whether happy or sad, but they go away before too long. Feel strong and overwhelming for a long time.
Don't stop us from doing what we want to in life. Stop us from doing what we want to in our lives.

Everybody gets feelings that make them feel uncomfortable sometimes - this is completely normal. What can you do to help you manage these feelings?

Talk to somebody - here are some ideas to help you start a conversation
"Please help me, I'm really struggling"
"I've been having a really hard time lately"
"I've got something to say"
"Do you have time to speak about something?"
"I have something important that I want to talk to you about"
Write things down/keep a diary/draw a picture - show a trusted adult if you feel this would help
