We want everybody at Michael Drayton Junior School to have an enjoyable time and receive first quality teaching. To help us to achieve this we need everybody to follow our school rules at all times.

School Rules:

At Michael Drayton we follow a restorative and reflective approach which is built upon trusted relationships.   Please see our behaviour policy for further details.

Children who follow the school rules will receive praise and, at times,  additional rewards such as:

• House Points
• Celebrating Success Postcards
• Achievement Messages through MyEd
• Year group specific rewards

Children with specific behavioural needs will be identified by the Class Teacher who will work with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to produce a personalised behaviour plan. At times these children may need additional support. It is, however, the expectation that EVERYBODY follows the school rules
