Warwickshire Rise Partnership Community Offer

Our Rise Community Offer has developed for Children, Young People, Families and our wider communities to offer support, information and guidance on mental health. We work with communities and other partners to develop an offer, and provide 1-1 consultations, trainings, coffee mornings, group sessions, drop in’s to Children, Young People, Families and professionals.

The Dimensions Tool

The Dimensions Tool is a web-based app that will help you to find well being support in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, that is specific to your needs, or someone else's needs. The tool will tell you about relevant advice, support and local interventions that may be helpful, after you have answered a series of questions. The Dimensions Tool is free to use and has been developed in conjunction with parents and carers, referrers and our clinical staff.
