We work closely with our local Music Hub to ensure that all of our pupils are provided with a range of quality music opportunities throughout their time at Michael Drayton. 

Within every year group, pupils receive whole class instrumental tuition within their class music lessons, provided by class teachers and a music specialist in school. 

From Year 4 onwards, pupils are invited to continue their instrumental tuition by participating in small group lessons provided by the Warwickshire Music Hub. We currently offer tuition in violin, flute and guitar. 

The Warwickshire Music Hub also offers a range of ensemble opportunities across the local area which are free for our pupils to participate in. These take place at Weddington Primary School and can be booked by contacting Warwickshire Music directly or by visiting warwickshiremusichub.org. A timetable for these events can be found below.
